Pressure Wash FAQ and General Information

​

Do I need to be home during service?

No. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange payment upon completion. Otherwise, go about your day, and leave the cleaning to us.

Do you use our water?

Yes. This is industry standard. We will need access to a working outdoor water source in order to perform our cleaning.

Do you move outdoor furniture, plants, etc?

No, WE DO NOT MOVE ANY OF YOUR ITEMS!!

 Please plan accordingly to have all items moved away from areas we will be working in. In any instance where we move or assist in moving your items we cannot accept any liability for damages incurred. We apologize for any inconveniences.

How should we prepare for pressure washing?

* We will need access to a working outdoor water source

* Please remove all items including grills, furniture, potted plants, lawn decorations, etc. from the area being cleaned

* Be sure that all doors and windows are closed and securely locked in all areas being cleaned. If there are any leaks in your roof, around doors or windows, bad gaskets between panes of glass we have no way of knowing this and cannot be held in any liability of any damages that were caused by pre-existing conditions.

* Please be sure to turn off all outdoor lighting

TERMS OF SERVICE

Pink Flamingo Home Services, LLC Terms of Service 
Pressure Washing & Gutter Cleaning 
Location: Cleveland, Ohio 
Effective Date: 04/01/2025

1. Business Information 

Pink Flamingo Home Services, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) provides residential and commercial pressure washing and gutter cleaning services in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio and surrounding areas. 2. Service Descriptions 

We provide: 

  • Pressure Washing: Cleaning of exterior surfaces including siding, driveways, decks, patios, and sidewalks using water pressure and safe detergents. Scope of quotes provided include cleaning and removal of organic growth (mold algae etc), surface pollutants, and dirt. If any rust, grease or oil staining is present, potential additional charges may apply due to the need for specialized chemicals and processes. 

  • Concrete Cleaning and Sealing: Cleaning to remove organic growth, stuck on surface pollutants and dirt from concrete surfaces to prepare for re-sealing. The sealing portion is dependent on dry and warm weather which is out of our control. If weather prohibits sealing on the scheduled day, we will make every best effort to complete your project asap based on weather conditions along with our existing scheduled work.

  • Gutter Cleaning: Removal of debris from gutters and downspouts, basic inspection for clogs or damage. **We DO NOT remove ANY gutter guards, except in situations where the guards are being permanently removed 

Limitations: We do not clean roofs unless they are low-slope and accessible. We reserve the right to decline service for any unsafe or unsuitable conditions. Again, the weather is completely out of our control and if we have to reschedule due to rain or cold conditions, we will be in touch with you as weather and scheduling permits

3. Scheduling & Availability 

Appointments may be scheduled via phone or text communication. We will make every effort to arrive within the agreed time window. If circumstances delay our schedule or if we are running ahead of schedule, we will communicate our ETA with the homeowner. Services may be rescheduled due to weather, emergencies, or other uncontrollable factors. 

Rescheduling/Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities 

Clients are responsible for: 

  • Providing access to a working outdoor water source and electrical outlets if needed. 

  • Make sure all doors and windows are completely closed and locked 

  • Turn off all outdoor lighting 

  • Ensuring pets are secured. 

  • Removing all items from service area including furniture, potted plants, decorations, and removable outdoor lighting 

  • Informing us of known property issues (e.g., leaks, cracked or loose siding, damaged gutters).

5. Pricing and Payment 

Pricing is determined based on job size, complexity, and requested services. 

  • Payment is due upon service completion. 

  • We accept cash, checks payable to PINK FLAMINGO HOME SERVICES, LLC, and credit cards. 

  • A late fee of 5% daily will be applied to unpaid balances after 10 calendar days.

6. Liability and Damage Disclaimer 

We take great care during service. However, we are not liable for: 

  • Pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose siding, deteriorated wood, concrete, stone or building materials, improperly installed gutters) 

  • Damage due to structural weaknesses or aging materials 

  • Water intrusion due to existing vulnerabilities 

Clients agree to release Pink Flamingo Home Services, LLC from liability except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee 

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve concerns.

8. Weather Policy 

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather (e.g., rain, snow, freezing temperatures).

9. Right to Refuse Service 

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if: 

  • The property is unsafe 

  • The client behaves in a threatening or abusive manner 

  • The work area is inaccessible or hazardous 

  • ​

10. Cancellation & Refunds 

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of deposit if applicable. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment.

11. Photos, Videos & Marketing 

We may take before and after photos and videos for quality assurance and marketing purposes. Clients may request that their property photos not be used for promotional material.

12. Legal Disclaimers 

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. 

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pink Flamingo Home Services, LLC from any claims related to service performance, except in cases of gross negligence. 

  • If any provision in these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. 

 

By scheduling our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
